Welcome to my zest for life! I am a passionate foodie who has grown up in the food industry my whole life.

Hello everyone! My name is Courtney Richardson. I am currently a student at the Culinary Institute of America majoring in food business management and culinary arts. I found my new and improved deep passion for food when I recovered from an eating disorder. My love for food is what saved my life. My goal is to be a survival guide for anyone struggling with a healthy relationship with food and to make content to bring comfort and joy into others' lives!

My dad owns two restaurants in Leisure World, Maryland. His foodie gene was passed down to me. We co-created a food blog called "Foodie and the Feast." My dad inspired me to be a food journalist with a passion to share that food is not just an object but something that enhances your life.
